Professional water-soluble oil pastel crayons from Caran d’Ache. The Neocolor II crayons can be used on many types of surfaces and can be mixed with water if you want to create aquarelle effects. Crayons with artist quality with high opacity and light resistant. Available in 84 different colours which can be bought separately here. We also sell the Caran d’Ache Neocolor II in pre-made packs. The crayons are 10 mm thick and 68 mm long. Made in the Caran d’Ache's environmentally certified factory in Geneva.
